* 1 medium pineapple chunks

* 1 small chopped onion

* 3 cloves minced garlic

* 2 tablespoon sugar

* 2 tablespoon ketchup 

* 2 tbsp cornstarch

* 2  cup water

*1/4 cup soya sauce 

* salt to taste

Directions For Sweet And Sour Meatballs

  • First of all, in a mixing ball, mix and combine ground pork, beaten egg, green onions, soya sauce, onion, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper according to taste.
  • In the second step, make a round-shaped 1-inch size of balls by rolling the remaining meet. Then fry the Meatballs in hot cooking oil until they become Brown, and then drain the excess oil and keep them aside on a platter.
