How To Cook?

Get thin slices of beef and cook them for 30 mins in the pressure cooker with a medium flame. Add one tablespoon soy sauce and salt in it, too. Heat a pan and add one tablespoon of oil, chopped ginger, garlic, onions, and green chilis. Stir fry for 2 minutes and then remove them from the pan. Now add cubed capsicum, a pinch of salt, and pepper to it. Toss and fry for 2 mins and remove from the pan. Add a tablespoon of oil and cooked beef. Keep the beef stock to prepare the gravy. Stir fry for 2 mins and remove that from the pan. Now add one teaspoon of oil to the pan.

Once it is hot, add one teaspoon of red chili powder. Let it get roasted for a few seconds. Add two tablespoons of tomato ketchup, one teaspoon of soy sauce, and the same amount of red chili sauce to it. Please add half a teaspoon of pepper powder to it and mix them all well. Now pour the fried onion, ginger, garlic, green chili, and capsicum into it and stir well. Add salt according to taste. Add the fried beef—mix two teaspoons of cornflour, water, and beef stock altogether. Let the curry sit on the low flame for 2-3 minutes. Stir a bit and let it thicken. Now your curry is ready. You can add some finely chopped spring onion to it to garnish.

Pork Chili Recipe:

Pork Chili is the favorite of many. Chili makes a great combination with juicy pork. This tangy recipe is admired by many.

How To Cook?

Prepare a dry rub with three tablespoons of brown sugar, one tablespoon cayenne, half teaspoon ginger powder, half teaspoon of pepper powder, and one teaspoon of salt. Mix them well. Now sprinkle and rub this mixture on the pork well. Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, one egg, and two teaspoons of vinegar together and pour it on the meat all over. Let the meat soak it. Let it sit for 1 hour. Now heat a pan and pour half a cup of oil into it. Coat the pork with two tablespoons of cornflour and deep fry in oil for 5 mins on medium flame. Remove them from oil once they are fried enough. Now deep fry cubed mushroom and capsicum for 2 mins. Now remove them from the oil and add sliced onion, green chilis, ginger, and garlic. Fry for 2 mins and then the already fried mushroom and capsicum to it and toss it for more few mins. Now add one teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of ketchup, one tablespoon of soy sauce, one teaspoon red chili sauce, and half a teaspoon of pepper powder. Mix well and add the fried porks to it. Let it get cooked for more than 5 minutes on a lower flame. Before you turn off the heat, add one teaspoon of sugar to the preparation. Sprinkle some sliced spring onion over it for garnishing.
