Ingredients Of Pork Loin Recipe
For The Pork Loin
- Four pounds of boneless pork loin roast
- Four cloves of garlic
- Two tsp. of kosher salt
- Half tsp. of black pepper
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- Two medium apples
- One large onion
- 2 tbsp. of butter
- Two sprigs of rosemary
- Two sage sprigs
- ¼ cup of maple syrup
The Green Apple Sauce
- One medium apple
- ½ tsp. of lemon zest
- 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
- One garlic clove
- ¾ tsp. mint leaves chopped
- ¾ tsp. of sage leaves
- ½ tsp. of parsley leaves
- ½ tsp. of rosemary leaves
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions
Step- 1: Preheat the oven by 400 degrees F.
Step- 2: Cut the garlic cloves and add salt to make the garlic paste. Add pepper to the paste for better taste.
Step- 3: Trim the skin from the pork loin. Rub the garlic paste over all the sides of the pork. Keep aside for half an hour at room temperature.
Step- 4: Take a pan and heat the olive oil for a few minutes. Add pork loin and heat it until it changes the color to a golden brown. Once it has changed, transfer the pork into a plate.
Step- 5: In that pan, add apples, onion, butter, sage leaves, and rosemary. Turn off the heat and drizzle with maple syrup.
Step- 6: Top the pork loin with onions, apples, and herbs. Pour any juice left on the pork.
Step- 7: Roast the pork for one hour. In the meantime, make the green apple sauce.
Apple Sauce
Step- 1: Take a bowl; add apple, lemon juice, lemon zest, mint, sage, garlic, parsley, salt, and rosemary. Take a food processor or mixer to mix them well. Drizzle in the oil and remix them.
Step- 2: Remove the pork loin from the oven. Slice the pork and let it rest for 20 to 25 minutes. Drizzle with some of the pan drippings on the pork. Your pork is ready and serves with the green apple sauce. This Pork Loin Recipe can be for four days if you store in a refrigerator.
