To start the dish, you need to rub the roast loin of the pork with olive oil. Then you must add salt and pepper to the pork. Take the anise seeds, oregano, thyme, flour, and rub it on roast. Use tooth pricks on the slices of onion.

Keep it in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Leave it in room temperature for few hours before you begin to roast. Now remove the transparent wrap and place it in your oven that is heated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
Then you need to mix the garlic, nutmeg, the chicken stock, wine, in a pan. Cook it for few minutes. This mixture should be poured on the pork after it has been cooked for 30 minutes. The meat can be placed in the oven and cooked at 185 degrees Fahrenheit.
