The first ingredient that you will need for your sous vide pork chops is two pieces of 1-2 inch of pork loin chops; this is the key or the most crucial ingredient for your sous vide pork chop. 4-5 teaspoons of Jojo rub, you don’t need to use this rub necessarily, and you are free to use the massage of your choice. And, also add salt and pepper according to your needs. 10-12 springs of thyme are the next ingredient that you need. 2-4 tablespoons of unsalted butter are the last ingredient that you will need for your sous vide pork chops. The cooking time that your dish will take is three hours, and for the three-hour hour dish, you will only need 15 minutes of prepping time. The sous vide pork chop is for a serving of two, but you can increase the quantities and make it for more people.

The first and foremost step that you will need to do is heat the water bath for 140 degrees. Then, you take the pork chops and rub it with the Jojo rub or any other rub that you are using. After this, you accept the thyme springs and put 6-7 springs on each pork chop. Add the unsalted butter on top of the pork chop, add around two tablespoons for each pork chop. After this, you vacuum seal the pork chops and place it in the water that is heating on 140 degrees.
